What is a ‘Lottie’?

A Lottie (or Lottie file) is a lightweight, JSON-based vector animation format. Among its strengths:

It is ultra-light: the file takes up much less space than a GIF or a video, helping websites load faster.

It is vector-based: an animation never loses sharpness, regardless of screen size or zoom.

It is mainly found as STICKERS in instant messaging applications such as Telegram.
